When choosing a design for your shirts, here are a few things that will affect the cost:

Shirt Quantities

We have a minimum purchase quantity of 10 shirts. Initial set-up costs are spread out over the shirt quantity.


We have price reductions at quantities of 20, 50, 100 and 500 shirts. The more shirts purchased, the cheaper the cost per unit.

Type of Garment

We supply and print on a wide variety of garments at a very competitive price.

Screen Printing Colours

The number of colours required for the screen printing design will determine the costs associated for your order. Separate screens must be created for each colour used, therefore there are additional costs per colour (a two-colour print will be less expensive than a four-colour print).


If you require screen printing on dark-coloured garments, most of the time we need to print a white underbase first. This is to achieve quality results with the overall finish of our screen printing. The white underbase allows the colours on top to really stand out and POP!

Position Of Print

The usual print placement is to the left on the front chest and a larger print on the rear. However, we can print in almost any location on the garment that has a flat surface. We cannot print over or near seams.
